Excellent place with free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and luggage storage. The staff helped me with my room issue at night, which I remember fondly. I recommend the express check-in for a smooth arrival.

The breakfast I had was enjoyable with egg & sausages and traditional Scottish porridge and good freshly made coffee. The staff were accommodating and hard-working and the wake up service and ironing were free of charge.

All in all a very enjoyable stay, the venue met needs well. Only stayed 1 night, as we didn't have time, but glad that chose this reasonably priced hotel. The staff was all really good and very pleasant. The breakfast was wonderful with a great selection of good food.

Friendly and very helpful staff, very good location, quiet place.
A little bit overpriced for the kind of rooms available, limited parking options

The price was reasonable but I would still expect it to be more cleanly than it was. You can have old and well used, but clean.
The hotel was very dirty. There were dirty underwear and socks hanging from the light fixture when we got to our room. The linens were not clean. the pillow sham on my bed had gross dirty globs of something stuck to it. The carpets were absolutely filthy.

Opposite Kelvingrove Park for a nice walk Close to museum and the Science Centre within walking distance.
Stayed for two nights, first night was okay but the second night was ruined by the room next door. We only managed to get a couple of hours sleep due to the "partying" from the room next to us.Even though we did make a couple of complaints to reception this did not change the situation. Managed to get some of our money back reluctantly from the reception. Appears to be a Hotel used for the younger generation for a "good night out". We will not be back.

We stayed with Smith's hotel in Glasgow for one night although had planned for three nights but had to proceed to our next destination as we had nothing much to do. They refunded us the cancellation money for rest of the days! The wifi was not working in the initially allocated room thus the front office staff moved us to a larger superior room with proper wifi connection. Next day morning we were late for the breakfast but the breakfast was made specially for us at odd hours and the serving staff was very kind and polite including the lady who made the breakfast! Very friendly homely cozy place. And yes, Free parking!!!
The amenities need refurbishment, looks a bit old and a bit of grooming required in rooms.
